Personal information we collect when you visit our website:

If you visit our website and read or download information, our web hosting provider will record your server address, domain name, the date and time of your visit, the pages viewed and the information downloaded.  We can also determine the number of times that you have visited our website, the date of last visit and if you have clicked on a hyperlink contained in an email that has been sent to you.

This information is used for statistical and website development purposes only.  Such information is not retained in a form that would enable you to be personally identified.

If you breach the 30 day terms on our accounts we may employ a third party collection agency to pursue those debts on our behalf.  We will only pass on to them information which is relevant in terms of collecting outstanding debts from you.  That may include your full name, known addresses, phone numbers, date of birth, driver’s licence number and related entity names.

Accessing your personal information:

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law.  If you would like to do so, please let us know.  You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons.  We reserve the right to charge a fee for searching, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
