JAMES HARRIS CFP CPA (FPS) Dip FP B Bus
James is a partner in the financial planning team at Brown and Bird. He joined the firm in September 1998 as a Financial Planner and an Authorised Representative for Lonsdale Financial Group Limited.
James is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning with the Financial Planning Association. James is also a Certified Practicing Accountant with a Financial Planning specialist designation.
James graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree from the Central Queensland University in Rockhampton in 1993. James is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and has also completed the Financial Planning Specialist Designation with the CPA.
James has continued his studies with the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) completing the Diploma in Financial Planning and is currently studying to become a Certified Financial Planner with the FPAs.
MIKE BROWNE FPA (Aff)
Mike is a partner in the financial planning team at Brown and Bird. He joined the firm in 2000 as a financial adviser and an Authorised Representative for Lonsdale Financial Group Limited.
Mike has enjoyed a career path which has given him expertise in financial services and lending, together with personal insurances. He enjoys coaching clients towards financial security by recommending strategies to their financial problems in a way that is easily understood. His ongoing support is a feature of his service that clients appreciate.
While originally from Mackay, Mikes career has taken him throughout Queensland. He returned to Mackay in 1989 and has advanced himself in financial planning through studies with the Financial Planning Association of Australia. He is now an Affiliate Member.
Joanne Lehnhoff
Joanne is the Administrative Assistant for the Financial Planning Team.
Joanne recently moved to Mackay from Brisbane where she worked as an Administrative Officer for a QLD Government Department.

Janelle Hodgson B Bus
Janelle joined the Financial Planning
Team in May 2006.
Janelle completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree at Central Queensland University in February 2006 and intends to commence her
Diploma of Financial Planning in the near future.
Bianca Dodd
Bianca commenced with us on the 30 November 2006 as a trainee Paraplanner.
Bianca comes from another financial planning firm in Townsville and has 5 years experience in the industry.
Emma Nicholson
Emma has joined us in January 2007 as a Cadet Financial Planner.
Emma has recently finished year 12 at Mirani State High School and has worked at Uncle Tony's Kebabs in Canelands.
